City of Derry Airport, which now serves about 350,000 passengers a year, needed to stop losing customer data and loyalty to third‑party aggregators and bring bookings onto its own site. Rezcomm was engaged to provide a brand‑matched, website‑integrated booking service—starting with a parking booking system in 2014 and later adding Rezcomm’s Travel layer—to capture customer insight and offer direct sales.
Rezcomm’s integrated booking suite enabled passengers to pre‑book parking, holidays, lounges and priority lanes through the airport’s portal. Rezcomm’s solution generated incremental parking bookings at key times, improved revenue across the car‑park portfolio, allowed rapid rollout of new products, delivered better pricing via yield management, and reduced reliance on expensive third‑party aggregators, supporting increased market share.
