Budapest Airport, Hungary’s main international gateway, faced growing competition from off‑airport parking operators and needed to regain on‑site market share while improving the pre‑flight experience for passengers. To build a secure, reliable pre‑book parking service and streamline customer journeys, Budapest Airport selected Rezcomm and its digital booking solutions to develop an on‑airport pre‑book parking facility.
Using Rezcomm’s integrated booking platform and full suite of digital solutions, the airport launched a dedicated Holiday Plus Car Park, implemented dynamic pricing and introduced bundled “combo” offers (Fast Track, car wash, etc.). Rezcomm’s systems helped Holiday Plus account for two‑thirds of bookings via the service, grew the airport’s client database and market share, increased revenues and per‑passenger spend, and reduced operational and third‑party costs while giving Budapest Airport full control of its digital sales channels.
