The results were strong: Kimberly-Clark drove millions of transactions, with 38% coming from new purchases, and saw the average number of new brand adoptions per acquired consumer reach 2x higher than with standalone offer experiences. The portal also helped increase brand adoption and loyalty across multiple Kimberly-Clark brands with minimal paid media support.
