Customer Re-Engagement and Acquisition Through Promotional Email Marketing Campaign

Dannon worked with RevTrax to re-engage inactive members in its Activia email club database. The goal was to drive brand awareness, increase traffic and in-store purchases, and grow its CRM database through new customer acquisition.

Using the RevTrax OpenShare® Rewards platform, Dannon sent a month-long promotional email campaign offering $1.00 off an Activia 4-pack, with an incentive for consumers to share the offer on Facebook, Twitter, or by email to unlock a higher $1.50 discount. The RevTrax campaign helped Dannon boost engagement, capture sharing and redemption insights, identify top states and retail locations, and better segment and target future email campaigns.
