iCrossing, the agency partner for Bridgestone, needed a better way to execute dynamic creative optimization (DCO) campaigns. Their previous DCO vendor couldn’t keep up with the pace and complexity of the program, leading to long lead times, cost overruns, and limited ability to connect ad creative to business results. As a result, iCrossing struggled to efficiently personalize ads and understand what was driving phone calls, store visits, and coupon downloads.
To solve this, iCrossing implemented RevJet’s Ad Creative Operating System, along with support from NextREV Digital, to streamline creative production and testing at scale. With RevJet, the team produced more than 500 ad templates and 8,850 personalized ads in the first five months, ultimately generating 1.86 million unique ads across the U.S. The platform also improved workflow efficiency, shortened time from idea to impression, and helped iCrossing and Bridgestone tie creative variations to measurable outcomes like calls and visits.
