Case Study: COSAPI accelerates VIDENA delivery with Revizto

Revizto as a platform to integrate design and construction in a fast track emblematic Peruvian project

COSAPI, an engineering, construction, mining, and real estate services company in Latin America, needed a way to keep design and construction aligned on the fast-track Villa Deportiva Nacional (VIDENA) project in Lima, where work had to be completed in just 18 months and construction began before design was finished. To support this complex BIM-driven effort, COSAPI implemented Revizto, using it to centralize model data from Revit and Tekla and manage coordination across the project team.

With Revizto, COSAPI’s design and construction teams reviewed the latest models daily, tracked and resolved issues in the Issue Tracker, and escalated select items to RFIs or in-person ICE sessions when needed. Revizto helped the VIDENA team solve about 4,000 issues, save $200,000, reduce rework and coordination time, and bring non-BIM users into the process with minimal training.
