Its legacy Excel and rules-based tools couldn’t provide the visibility, unified strategy or customer-focused insights required to manage competitive and financial metrics across banners and countries.
Rimi Baltic implemented Revionics in a two-step, category-by-category rollout—first moving rules to the SaaS platform, then adopting elasticity-based pricing—completing the program across all assortments and markets in under a year. The change delivered science-based price recommendations, better balance between competitive pricing and margins, improved price perception, positive lifts in units and revenue, strong ROI and best-in-class compliance, with ongoing plans to optimize promotions and apply AI to dynamic categories like produce.
