Direct Cars, Sheffield’s first car supermarket, wanted to turn its strong customer experiences into more visible online reviews, but its in-house review collection was only generating a 1% response rate. The dealership was also looking for a transparent, affordable way to get its feedback displayed online and support its advertising, especially through Google and Auto Trader.
REVIEWS.io provided Direct Cars with a third-party review platform including Google Seller Ratings, Local Reviews, SMS review requests, badges, widgets, and API integrations. As a result, Direct Cars increased review conversion from 1% to 26.59% and doubled website conversion from 4% to 8%, while also expanding review visibility across Google Ads, organic search, and Auto Trader.
