Giesswein, a leading footwear brand, wanted to streamline its review management and get more value from customer feedback across multiple platforms. Working with REVIEWS.io and its agency partner Mailody, the company aimed to consolidate review collection, improve workflow efficiency, reduce costs, and add product reviews to boost conversions and gather more targeted feedback.

REVIEWS.io helped Giesswein implement a multi-step setup: review requests were sent from Klaviyo using dynamic links, reviews were distributed across REVIEWS.io, Trustpilot, and Google, feedback was synced back into Klaviyo, reviews were displayed dynamically in emails, and product ratings were added to product pages. The results included 18,350 company reviews at a 4.65 rating, 7,244 product reviews at a 4.73 rating, and a 5.2% increase in revenue per visitor.
