Virtual Enterprises International - Customer Case Study

Virtual Enterprises International (VEI) is an in-school entrepreneurship program that helps high school teams develop business plans and compete nationally. VEI needed a multi-level software solution to collect applicant data, manage submissions during regional and national events, and provide meaningful feedback to help students grow professionally. To solve this, VEI partnered with Reviewr and used Reviewr’s engagement platform and dashboard to power the competition.

Reviewr implemented 11 regional entrepreneurial engagement campaigns, providing a scalable platform for teachers to submit hundreds of business ideas, create student profiles, and connect students with mentors and industry reviewers. The Reviewr engagement dashboard let VEI categorize submissions, deliver constructive feedback, enable asynchronous expert reviews, and run customized reports—reducing user error, streamlining nationwide logistics, and advancing the top candidates to the national celebration.
