Tabitha Health Care Services ran a statewide recipe contest to connect Nebraskans through food and storytelling but faced logistical challenges handling varied recipe types, organizing entries by region, and minimizing user error on their first year. They engaged Reviewr and used the Reviewr Premium platform to manage submissions, judging, and communications while keeping the contest integrated with Tabitha’s existing website and branding.

Reviewr implemented automated grouping by recipe type, regional organization, an approval interface, online judging and evaluation, integrated email communications, and post-event feedback tools. The solution processed 53 applicants with 17 judges/reviewers, gave Tabitha tailored reports, reduced manual work and error risk, and—per Tabitha—was “easy to maneuver” and allowed reports to be molded to display exactly what was needed.
