A Reviewr Case Study
Massachusetts Institute of Technology ran its annual $100k Entrepreneurship Competition and needed a scalable platform to manage a high volume of submissions, track applicant progress end-to-end, collect and analyze data, approve or deny entries, pair mentors and reviewers with relevant expertise, and provide ongoing feedback. To meet these needs MIT used Reviewr’s submission and review platform to centralize applicant management and streamline the competition workflow.
Reviewr implemented a configurable review system that tracked where applicants dropped off, supported public showcase pages for teams, and let teams specify multiple areas of expertise so administrators could assign reviewers with matching backgrounds. Reviewr’s platform made reporting and administration much easier, gave MIT actionable data to refine future forms, and improved the accuracy and usefulness of reviewer feedback—streamlining operations and strengthening the overall competition process.
