Design Ignites Change - Customer Case Study

Design Ignites Change, a nonprofit that awards scholarships and grants (including the Educator Grant and the Sylvia Harris Citizen Design Award), needed to scale and streamline its awards programs so applicants could apply easily and the organization could manage reviews more efficiently. To solve this, they partnered with Reviewr and adopted the Reviewr Premium platform to move applications and judging online.

Reviewr provided submission management and tracking, an online judging and evaluation workflow, integrated communications and email, post-event feedback tools, and a Customer Care Team to support growth. The change let Design Ignites Change focus on marketing and gave applicants faster feedback, resulting in 104 total applicants reviewed by 12 reviewers; the team reported smooth operations and praised Reviewr’s responsive support.
