Reverb implemented its Management Training 101 program for 16 of Vic.ai's managers and complemented it with group coaching sessions led by a Reverb leadership coach. This solution provided a structured, cohort-based learning experience that drove accountability and deeper discussion. As a result, Vic.ai successfully rolled out a comprehensive manager training program that built trust and connection among its managers and equipped them to engage and inspire their teams.
