Mars's Deployment of Rever's Continuous Improvement Software Fuels Digital Transformation, Innovation, Savings, and Frontline Engagement

Mars Petcare faced slow, siloed Continuous Improvement (CI) programs at its Mars Guadalajara (Mars GDL) and Mars Querétaro (Mars QRO) plants: paper-driven and lengthy approval cycles, low implementation rates, poor frontline engagement, and no easy way to share best practices across sites. To address this, Mars deployed Rever’s digitized Continuous Improvement application and mobile app to give workers a simple, collaborative tool to capture, prioritize, and execute improvement ideas.

By implementing Rever’s configurable SaaS CI system (PDCA-based and mobile-enabled), the plants generated over 400 ideas and implemented 117 in the first quarter after rollout, recouping the investment in under 12 weeks. Rever sped problem resolution from months to hours/days, improved quality, safety, and efficiency, and significantly increased frontline engagement and cross-site knowledge sharing.
