Faurecia Automotive, a global leader in the auto industry, needed to digitize its factories and frontline to accelerate operational excellence, streamline its Improvement Idea program, and embed a culture of continuous improvement amid Industry 4.0 shifts. To do this it partnered with Rever, adopting Rever’s SaaS digitized Continuous Improvement system — including the mobile app, Rever Challenges, dashboards, and guided PDCA workflows — to engage employees and align improvement efforts with business priorities.

Rever implemented targeted campaigns, real-time dashboards, and a guided PDCA workflow to capture ideas, drive approvals and execute improvements across Safety, Quality and Cost Control. The initiative led to broad frontline adoption, avoided scrap through better processes, reinforced PPE usage, helped achieve takt time, generated 500 ideas with over 50% implemented, and delivered more than $1.4M in annual savings in 2019, demonstrating Rever’s measurable impact on Faurecia Automotive’s operations and culture.
