Grupo Bimbo, the world’s largest bakery with more than 137,000 associates across 32 countries, needed to scale a company-wide Operational Excellence Program to engage and recognize frontline workers, digitize and standardize the collection and follow-up of improvement ideas, and turn a centralized innovation system into a global practice.
