Mars Petcare partnered with Rever to drive greater frontline responsibility and accountability across its plants. Facing a need to digitize and streamline Operational Excellence and TPM programs, leadership sought to give associates more ownership, accelerate evaluation and approval processes, and boost engagement and performance by putting Rever’s frontline platform into the hands of every associate.

Rever’s solution captured frontline input to complement IoT data, aligned TPM actions, standardized a common platform for sharing best practices, and introduced a recognition program to drive consistent action. The Rever deployment has been rolled out across multiple sites with site-specific adaptations and delivered measurable impact: over $250K in annual cost savings, avoidance of reprocessing 60 tons of product through a cleaning-change, and cardboard reuse to reduce waste — alongside improved participation, quality, safety, and efficiency.
