Detroit Manufacturing Systems engaged Rever to strengthen its continuous improvement culture by creating transparency and insight at all levels and empowering frontline employees to capture and own improvement ideas. To do this they deployed Rever’s SaaS digitized Continuous Improvement system—using Rever Challenges, real-time dashboards and an easy-to-use app—to eliminate bottlenecks and align teams around key priorities.
Rever implemented guided PDCA workflows, campaign-based Challenges, and site dashboards to standardize review, approval and action. The program drove measurable results: new visual safety management, improved quality through internal certifications, a record number of employee ideas, $150K USD identified savings in five months and an additional $12K saved from a single idea—demonstrating clear operational and cultural impact.
