Align and Accelerate Frontline Innovation Programs

GSK, a science-led global healthcare company, needed to empower employees and elevate operational performance by aligning and accelerating frontline innovation programs across thousands of team members worldwide. To address this, GSK selected Rever, a Menlo Park–based SaaS digitized Continuous Improvement platform, to run targeted campaigns (Rever Challenges), provide real-time dashboards, and put a simple app and guided PDCA workflow into employees’ hands.

Rever implemented campaign-driven Challenges, dashboards for leadership visibility, and a guided PDCA workflow to streamline review, approval, and action, while making it easy for frontline teams to contribute. The Rever deployment drove rapid, widespread adoption and a sharp increase in frontline suggestions, helping convert GSK’s training and education into measurable engagement and accelerated continuous improvement activity.
