VSCO, the photo and video app, needed a more reliable source of subscription data to support growth and marketing efforts. RevenueCat provided VSCO with a single source of truth for mobile and web subscription event data, along with native integrations such as Braze for automated churn-reduction and upgrade messaging. With RevenueCat, VSCO improved pricing tests, reduced maintenance across tools, and achieved nearly a 5% reduction in Membership churn, including uplift in renewals from customers who had turned off auto-renew.
