Teradici, creator of the PCoIP® remote display protocol and Teradici CAS remoting software, needed to move from one‑time hardware sales to a subscription software model while improving order processing, operational efficiency and offering an ecommerce channel. To do this, Teradici selected Revenera to provide flexible licensing and entitlement management for its PCoIP Management Console and Teradici CAS products.
Revenera implemented a centralized licensing and entitlement management solution with integrations to Salesforce.com and the cleverbridge ecommerce platform, enabling automated provisioning, customer self‑service and real‑time fulfillment. As a result of Revenera’s solution, Teradici recorded year‑over‑year triple‑digit recurring revenue growth, cut order processing time in half while increasing order accuracy, automated fulfillment and renewals, and enabled faster ecommerce purchases and better analytics across product, support and sales teams.
