Infor F9, the financial-reporting business unit of Infor used by more than 35,000 customers across 150+ ERPs, faced a legacy licensing system that couldn’t support new SaaS/subscription models, provide clear usage visibility, or deliver a modern self-service experience. To modernize monetization, recapture lost revenue, and improve customer experience, Infor F9 engaged Revenera and adopted Revenera’s Software Monetization solutions, including Entitlement Management and Software Licensing and an SDK-based licensing approach.
Revenera implemented a centralized end-to-end monetization platform with an SDK-based licensing solution and an Infor-branded self-service portal, integrated with Revenera’s delivery and updates capabilities. The result: improved visibility into product usage, reduced time to resolve licensing issues, lower back-office complexity and costs, and a successful rollout across Infor F9’s 17 core products—enabling trial-to-paid flows, license de/activation, and better partner access to usage data.
