Leading Insurance Company, a long-term care insurance and financial products provider, was using an expansive IBM Planning Analytics environment supported by Revelwood. Over time, their mature model grew across 700+ users, creating performance bottlenecks as users stepped on each other’s work and report refreshes slowed down day-to-day tasks.
