The Farm at South Mountain is a ten-acre event venue and restaurant complex in South Phoenix that operates three on-site restaurants and a producing garden, serving thousands of visitors daily. Their legacy POS couldn’t keep up with peak‑season volume and created operational and reporting headaches across customers, staff, managers, and the IT team.
