Scafuri Bakery is a family-owned quick-service bakery in Chicago’s Little Italy, operating since 1904 and reopened in 2013 by owner Kelly Lynch. The bakery needed a modern POS to handle a complex menu with many sizes and modifiers, better track sales, and manage large catering and wedding orders while communicating and collecting payments from customers efficiently.

Scafuri implemented the Revel iPad POS for its superior interface and flexible category/modifier management. Revel enabled easy tracking of catering orders, in-system customer follow-up and payments, and remote access to sales data, streamlining checkout and payment processing and allowing the bakery to grow and take on larger clients.
