Known for wholesome food and highly personalized guest experiences, the brand’s Preferred Guest loyalty program amassed tens of thousands of members, exposing limitations in its legacy loyalty software that did not communicate with the point‑of‑sale and couldn’t support omnichannel engagement at scale.
To solve this, Rachel’s Kitchen implemented an integration between Como and Revel Systems POS, replacing the disconnected legacy platform with a seamless omnichannel engagement tool. The integrated solution streamlined data flow and communications, making it easier to manage and grow the Preferred Guest program and deliver the personalized experiences the brand prioritizes.
