Project Y is a quick-service business in Siem Reap, Cambodia run by an education-focused team that teaches locals how to build and run a business to lift their families out of poverty. Their challenge was giving students practical, accountable experience in day-to-day operations and finance—complicated by a dual-currency environment (US dollars and Riel).

Revel provided an integrated POS and reporting platform that teaches accountability and operational mechanics by tracking dual-currency transactions, item-level sales, topping popularity, waste, and average sales, and by enabling remote daily monitoring of the store. The result is stronger operational transparency, real-world hands-on training for students, and the ability to manage and scale the program across locations.
