Monkey Nest Coffee is an Austin-based quick-service coffee shop founded in 2011 that grew into a 24-hour community hub with organic coffee, baked goods, breakfast items and live-music events. The shop struggled with constant failures from its legacy Aloha/Micros POS, causing long lines and frustrating inefficiencies during peak hours.
Revel replaced the legacy system with a three-terminal installation (one location, 10–20 staff), providing a user-friendly dashboard to monitor revenue, customer counts and product mix, plus responsive technical support. The new system eliminated frequent outages, shortened wait times and noticeably increased operational efficiency.
