Grind, the London-based coffee brand founded in 2011, grew from a single espresso bar into a multi-location business with cafés and restaurants across the city. As it scaled, Grind needed a better way to manage complex orders, reduce errors, and keep operations consistent across sites. The company turned to Revel Systems and its POS platform, including the Kitchen Display System (KDS), to support its growth.
Revel Systems implemented KDS screens and open API integrations that let Grind customize workflows, connect third-party tools, and launch a custom loyalty app. The result was fewer lost orders, fewer kitchen mistakes, and smoother communication between front and back of house. Revel Systems also gave Grind real-time multi-site reporting through the Revel Insights app, helping managers make faster decisions based on sales and performance data across 10 locations.
