Coffee Geek & Friends is a London-based quick-service specialty coffee brand founded in 2012 by Robin San and Matthew Law. When they opened their first permanent shop in Victoria in 2015 after years as a mobile service, they needed a modern, efficient point-of-sale system to support a tech-forward, high-volume customer experience and streamline order management.

They implemented Revel’s iPad POS, which improved service speed and order clarity by displaying ready orders on iPads rather than announcing names, creating a more pleasant customer interaction. Revel’s team also provided hands-on support setting up payments and resolving issues, leaving customers “pleasantly surprised” by the efficiency of the independent coffee shop.
