Cinnabon, founded as a bakery in 1985 and now part of Focus Brands, operates over 800 franchise locations worldwide and is best known for its Cinnabon® Classic Roll. The Atlanta-based quick-service enterprise needed to meet U.S. EMV requirements and PCI standards while enabling contactless payments and modernizing its point-of-sale across multiple locations.
By deploying Revel’s iPad POS (98 installs), Cinnabon quickly achieved EMV and PCI compliance and added contactless payment options like Apple Pay and LevelUp. Revel’s real-time labor and sales reporting, intuitive iOS interface, customer-facing displays, and secure Apple hardware improved operational efficiency and staff usability—freeing team members to focus on delivering a better guest experience.
