CHARburger, a quick-service restaurant in downtown Fresno owned by Catherine Heaney, opened to serve busy downtown workers with very short lunch breaks. Catherine needed a POS that did more than payments—one that would cut wait times, handle complex modifiers, and give her real-time visibility while she managed two locations 45 minutes apart.

Revel supplied self-service kiosks, a Kitchen Display System, and a Management Console so orders from kiosks or the counter go straight to the kitchen, improving speed and accuracy and reducing lines.
