Revel Systems’ hybrid architecture and Always On Mode allowed the POS to run on a local network in offline mode, continuing to process transactions and sync data later; ASU completed roughly 30,000 transactions in five hours, maintained real-time reporting access, and continues to use the feature to avoid revenue loss and operational disruption.
