1100 Group, a San Francisco–area restaurant operator with five locations across three brands (The Star, Little Star and Boss Burgers), needed a point-of-sale that could support a high-volume, multi-location pizza delivery business while still meeting the distinct needs of each concept. With locations serving 150–350 diners a day and nearly twice that in takeout, efficient order taking, delivery coordination and kitchen management were critical challenges.
