Moe’s, a quick-serve Mexican restaurant in Raleigh, NC, faced a competitive threat when Chipotle introduced a similar queso recipe and needed to drive app downloads, coupon redemptions, and in-store foot traffic. To address this, they worked with Reveal Mobile using the VISIT Local location-based audience product to target likely burrito and queso customers.

Reveal Mobile’s VISIT Local helped Moe’s’ agency build a custom audience of about 20,000 people based on visits to Moe’s, direct competitors (Qdoba, Chipotle) and other local Mexican restaurants, then exported that list to Facebook (85% device-to-account match). The hyper-targeted campaign lifted app download and coupon conversions from 0.06% to 0.1% (a 67% increase), driving measurable increases in conversions and foot traffic.
