Hartzell Air Movement, a 6th‑generation manufacturer of industrial ventilation and heating equipment, faced an aging CPQ system that was costly to maintain and slowed sales. Seeking improved cost, efficiency, and revenue performance, Hartzell evaluated options and selected Configure One from Revalize because the vendor demonstrated strong manufacturing experience and could model Hartzell’s custom air‑flow selection logic.

Revalize implemented Configure One to create the Hartzell FLOW online selector and configurator, letting sales reps enter performance criteria and generate quotes 24/7 without factory intervention. As a result, quote entry shifted from 70% factory / 30% reps to about 40% factory / 60% reps, speeding response times, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing revenue — with a target to reduce factory‑entered quotes to 20%.
