Quality Enclosures, a national manufacturer of high-end shower enclosures founded in 1963, needed a more robust, customizable ERP and a way to streamline a highly manual, expert-driven sales order configuration process. Revalize documented the company’s approach using NetSuite as the ERP and Configure One to automate complex product configuration and pricing across its multiple facilities.
Revalize describes a solution that integrated Configure One with NetSuite to auto-generate correct configurations, pricing, production documents and tempering purchase orders with minimal customization. The results: training time fell from four–six weeks to about one hour, order throughput rose from ~40 to 50–60 orders per agent per day (≈50% improvement), errors declined, inventory control improved, and customer-facing documentation (stickers) simplified installation and fulfillment.
