SNURK Amsterdam, a Dutch retailer known for its unique printed bedding and nightwear, sought to optimize its customer experience, including improving its returns process. During a larger replatforming project from Shopware to Shopify Plus, they engaged the vendor Returnless to help enhance the post-purchase journey and automate their returns handling.

Returnless implemented its V2 returns solution, which automated the process and integrated directly with Shopify. This saved SNURK up to 2 minutes per return in handling time and provided valuable data analytics. The solution enabled a smoother customer experience, contributed to a low 7% return rate, and gave SNURK the insights needed for product improvements and resizing. The integration was completed quickly and the Returnless dashboard allowed for easy management of refunds and a branded returns portal.
