WISE, a division of CloserIQ, is a growing community of 7,000+ women and women-in-sales supporters focused on mentorship, networking, and learning events. As the team scaled, they needed a better way to manage member approvals, partner signups, and event operations than spreadsheets and manual workflows, while keeping their engineering team flexible for future changes.

Using Retool, WISE built a suite of internal tools connected to Firestore to manage users, partners, and “Pods” events, with automated workflows through tools like Customer.io and Stripe. Retool helped the team launch internal apps in a few days instead of weeks, streamline approvals and communications, and save significant engineering time by consolidating community operations into one place.
