Tripplo, a transport and cargo logistics platform, was struggling to give business teams and agents a unified view of driver availability, truck capacity, delivery status, and other operational data. As the company grew, its engineering team had to juggle a PHP admin panel, a custom React app, spreadsheets, and multiple microservices, creating maintenance headaches and data hygiene issues.

Tripplo turned to Retool to centralize data from AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, APIs, and internal databases into one set of internal tools.
