Ritual, the leading vitamin subscription brand, worked with Retina AI to improve customer acquisition efficiency and attract higher-value customers. The company needed more transparency into the health of its marketing campaigns while lowering customer acquisition costs and improving LTV:CAC performance.

Retina AI partnered with Ritual to run A/B tests using value-based lookalike audiences and value-based bidding. The value-based lookalike campaign reduced CAC from $114.26 to $88.82, a 29.5% decrease, and improved the LTV:CAC ratio from 3.03 to 4.16. Retina AI then layered in value-based bidding, producing an average CAC of $88.43 and giving Ritual a scalable way to control spend by customer value.
