Garmentory is a Seattle-based curated marketplace of indie boutiques and designers with new arrivals daily. With a large, varied catalog across many designers and categories, Garmentory struggled to surface the right products to the right shoppers; their “new arrivals” emails relied on past top performers and often missed the optimal items and users.
By partnering with ReSci, Garmentory used AI’s New Arrivals lifecycle to identify customer interest in never-before-seen products and automate targeted messaging so only high-intent shoppers were notified while others received more relevant content. The automation freed up eight hours a week and drove substantial gains: +154% open rate, +158% click rate, 6.5x conversion rate, and a 40% increase in average order value.
