B. Braun standardizes fax operations across Germany with Retarus in just a few weeks

B. Braun Melsungen AG, a leading global medical technology company, faced a fragmented and inefficient fax server landscape across its German operations. Retarus implemented its Cloud Fax solution, integrating desktop workstations via Mail-to-Fax and Fax-to-Mail and connecting B. Braun’s SAP system using Faxolution for SAP. The implementation was completed smoothly within a few weeks. This provided a centralized, transparent system that replaced the old servers, saved time and money, and facilitated the processing of incoming orders. As a result, B. Braun consolidated its international contracts under a single Retarus main contract and is rolling the solution out to additional national subsidiaries.
