Warnex is a Hungary-based home and garden retailer specializing in fireplaces, stoves, hearths, and other home and DIY products. After moving online in 2020, the company faced the challenge of translating its strong offline B2B experience into effective B2C ecommerce marketing, with limited in-house expertise in digital advertising and customer engagement.
To solve this, Warnex partnered with Retargeting and used Retargeting Biz for automated, personalized marketing, including behavioral pop-ups, triggered emails, push notifications, and Facebook, Google, and Instagram campaigns. The results were strong: after three months, total traffic rose 2.41x, revenue quadrupled, and recovered carts grew 14x; after six months, traffic grew 11x and total revenue increased 7x, while Google and social campaigns delivered major lifts in transactions, impressions, and ROAS.
