SkyOptic, a Bulgarian fashion and accessories retailer with 9 physical stores, wanted to expand successfully online but struggled to match its offline performance. Despite investing in its ecommerce presence and ads, the company saw weak conversion rates, low average order value, and underperforming campaigns, making it difficult to turn website traffic into sales.

Retargeting helped SkyOptic with its automated marketing platform, Retargeting Biz, by improving Google and Facebook ads, enabling remarketing, and activating behavioral pop-ups to personalize the shopping experience. The results were strong: after three months, traffic rose by 46.52% and revenue by 87.13%; after six months, revenue doubled; and after one year, traffic doubled, revenue more than tripled, recovered carts increased 11.8 times, and pop-up revenue quadrupled.
