Colorazon, a Romania-based online store for children’s articles and toys, wanted to grow sales, website traffic, and customer loyalty while keeping its brand personal and family-focused. To support this, Colorazon partnered with Retargeting Biz to manage its digital marketing campaigns and use automated personalized marketing across its online channels.

Retargeting Biz implemented behavioral pop-up campaigns, dynamic Facebook/Instagram and Google Ads campaigns, and cart-abandonment automation both on-site and off-site. The results were strong: recovered carts increased by 71%, pop-up-generated revenue and transactions rose by 65%, and email subscribers grew by nearly 36%. On Facebook and Instagram, CPA fell by 20% while transactions increased by 50% and revenue by almost 62%; on Google Ads, CPA dropped by 37%, CVR doubled, and revenue and transactions tripled. Overall, Colorazon’s traffic and revenue grew fivefold, returning visitors increased four times, and ROAS doubled.
