Watters, the luxury bridal and special-occasion dress brand founded by Vatana Watters, sells primarily through trunk shows and third-party retailers and needed a way to redirect recent shoppers and re-engage casual browsers on its site. To increase direct engagement and drive store and trunk-show visits, Watters partnered with ReTargeter for site retargeting and targeted display advertising.
ReTargeter implemented retargeting campaigns to re-engage past visitors and guide potential customers to the store and trunk-show locators; the campaigns generated 40,671 clicks on retargeting ads and 7,000 conversions (5,469 clicks for the Store Locator and 1,531 clicks for the Trunk Show Locator) at a $8.29 cost per acquisition. ReTargeter’s approach improved shopper re-engagement and delivered measurable, cost-effective traffic and conversions for Watters.
