Hard Rock International, which runs retail shops across more than 75 countries as part of its restaurants and resorts, faced the complex challenge of managing highly localized, collectible merchandise (city-name drops) across small stores with limited backroom space, a small inventory team, varied store capacities and over 50 currencies.
