Follett Corporation, a books and general merchandise retailer operating over 1,200 stores and multiple online storefronts and serving more than half of American households, faced a massive assortment and localization challenge: over 1.5 million Store/SKU combinations with unique restrictions and much of the work managed manually in Excel.
